These terms govern your use of buzzdatadesk.com and the sourcing and introduction service offered by [Buzz Data Desk entity] (“Buzz Data Desk”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or our service, you agree to them.

1. What we do

Buzz Data Desk profiles businesses that may wish to license their records (“Owners”) and introduces them to companies that license business records (“Buyers”). Profiles are based on information Owners provide about their systems. We do not copy, store or transfer business records. If an Owner chooses to connect systems for an estimate, we measure metadata and aggregate counts only, as described in our Privacy policy.

2. No agency

We do not act as agent, broker, fiduciary or representative for any Owner or Buyer and cannot bind either party. Any license is made solely between an Owner and a Buyer. We are not a party to it.

3. Profiles

Profiles, including volumes, are estimates based on information supplied by Owners and are not warranted. Example profiles on this site are illustrative. Buyers should conduct their own diligence.

4. No advice

Nothing on this site or in our communications is legal, tax, financial or privacy advice.

5. Fees

We may receive a referral fee from a Buyer when a license between that Buyer and an Owner we introduced is completed. Owners do not pay us, and our fee is not deducted from any amount a Buyer pays an Owner.

6. No guarantee

We do not guarantee that any offer will be made, its amount or terms, or that any transaction will complete. See our disclaimer.

7. Your responsibilities

You confirm that information you give us is accurate, that you have authority to speak for your company, and that you will not send us business records or confidential data. If you do so in error, we will delete it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Buzz Data Desk is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from an agreement between an Owner and a Buyer. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or our service is limited to $100.
