Supply standards
Good licensed data starts with clean rights and clear scope. Every company passes these checks before we introduce it to a buyer.
Rights verified
Entity registration and good standing, and confirmation that the company owns the records it would license.
Signer confirmed
A named owner or officer with authority to license company records, identified before any introduction.
Clean provenance
Client-owned data, purchased contact lists and third-party licensed data are excluded from every profile.
Profiled, never opened
Profiles come from the owner’s own inventory of systems, dates and counts, or from metadata measured on systems they choose to connect. We never copy or store the content.
Exclusions declared
NDAs, privileged communications, HR files and regulated data are flagged up front.
Direct contracts
Buyer and owner contract with each other. De-identification happens before transfer, under a method written into that contract.
Buzz Data Desk never copies or stores records. We’re paid a referral fee by the buyer, never from the owner’s payout.
